Suggest trying a Windows Test Print (assuming your using windows) • Go to Control Panel-->Printers • Locate the relevant printer • Right click on the printer and select Properties from the menu • Click on 'Print Test Page' Does this cause the same problem. If not, then it may be a problem with the actual document you are trying to print so check if it is a large file.
