We have broken the file into three and it prints fine. The dilemma is that last month the report was 199 pages and it printed fine. Why is it now not printing?
Is there a setting that causes this? Is it a memory issue? Spooler issue? Timeout issue? We can not seem to get to the bottom of this. Regards Ian We have broken the file into three and it prints fine.

Also you can try to print on different drivers like PCL5 or PCL6 if it does have a PS it would be better on spooling, memory has something to do with this virtually, you might want to increase the capacity soon cheers of course you know that it depends on the file size you're trying to print and not on the number of pages.

This could be a number of things. First thing to test is, does it happens with all documents.
Suggest trying a Windows Test Print (assuming your using windows) • Go to Control Panel-->Printers • Locate the relevant printer • Right click on the printer and select Properties from the menu • Click on 'Print Test Page' Does this cause the same problem. If not, then it may be a problem with the actual document you are trying to print so check if it is a large file. If it is a large file, then perhaps the 'stall' is actually just the printer taking time to process the file (how long have you left it?) • Try printing the same file from a different computer (if possible) • Check the system log on event viewer of your machine (Start-->Run, type eventvwr.msc click ok) for any error messages that may indicate the problem. • Try uninstalling the printer from your computer and re-installing. Failing all that then please provide further information, such as how the printer is connected to the network, what OS you're using and what troubleshooting you may already have done. Hope this helps, good luck.

When the POWER lamp is flashing green, the printer or the computer is processing data. Printing large data such as photos or graphics takes time for the printer and the computer to process, during which the printer may appear to have stopped operating.
