I'm trying to get an old HP 650c DesignJet (C2859B) plotter to be recognized in Windows 10 (64-bit) and to be able to print a test page/plot successfully. Trying to avoid re-installing Win 10 32-bit to be able to load older 32-bit driver if I can locate the right one.

Using a parallel to USB (2.0) cable I have tried: - Disabling driver signature and installing pl532en (using OEMSETUP), but get the 'not compatible with this version of Win 10' message. USB shows as 'no printer' in Device Manager and as Other - IEEE device in another location. - Have tried a TP-Link TL-PS110P print server, but no luck finding the plotter.
